Who: For pastors and ministry leaders (bring staff and/or leadership team)
What: A 3-Day Retreat with times of training & coaching, personal & ministry evaluation & reflection, ministry sharpening & planning, and a chance to refresh & recreate. This is a relational time with other ministry leaders to receive instruction, share disciple-making "best practices" to sharpen one-another, and interact with ministry coaches for implementation. You will:
- Refocus on Jesus... an in-depth overview of the life and disciple-making ministry of Jesus
- Refresh your heart... look at the healthy life and habits of Jesus (spiritual, physical, emotional, relational, financial, vocational), and evaluate and recalibrate your life to imitate Him.
- Refine your ministry... make personal and ministry disciple-making plans following the Ancient Disciple-Making plans of Christ.
